Ivo Neame’s Dodeka Ensemble in Bishop’s Castle
In 2023, we hosted the first yearly Clun Valley Jazz Festival at SpArC Bishop’s Castle with Ivo Neame’s amazing Dodeka Ensemble. He said of the experience:
“For me, the musical highlight of 2023 was the chance to play two consecutive gigs with my 12-piece band Dodeka at the CVJAZZ festival. The audiences were in rapt attention - as a performer I absolutely relished the warm and unique feeling I took away with me after playing these concerts. Promoter John Davies has managed to create an oasis for music lovers in this beautiful corner of the Shropshire Hills”.
